Secretary II - Scotts Bluff County Extension Office Scotts Bluff County Extension Office is currently accepting applications for a full-time Secretary II. Work involves performance of complex clerical operations which require the exercise of independent judgment based upon knowledge gained through experience. Work decisions are made in accordance with established precedents and departmental policies. Duties include but are not limited to typing a variety of forms, correspondence and documents; verifying, entering and processing specific legal, financial or client information; and providing direct services to clientele requiring considerable independent action and discretion in disposing of minor problems or questions encountered.
