About the Role: CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC/R Hybrid Technician to support multiple (Business offices, financial institutions, retail stores etc.) in the South Memphis area. If you take pride in your work and consider yourself to be a self-disciplined technician, we want to hear from you! As a CBRE Mobile Commercial HVAC/R - Hybrid technician, you will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work notes in a CMMS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience. Strong problem-solving skills, an independent spirit and physically capable of handling a fast-paced work environment will all be critical in this role.
