Job Title: Chemist OperatorJob Description The Chemist Operator will be responsible for producing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients using chemical reactors. This role requires following specific Batch Records to ensure the production of a consistent product. Responsibilities Handle various unit operations, such as reactions, filtration, distillation, drying, and milling, on raw materials and various stages of chemical processing according to written manufacturing procedures and SOPs. Follow and document instructions per batch sheet to produce products in accordance with all cGMP guidelines. Set up equipment, including vessels, tanks, centrifuges, and dryers, for proper processing. Clean and verify equipment and vessels. Record observations of operating conditions.
