JOB REQUIREMENTS: W.E. Hoban Company is looking for an Associate Tooling Engineer to join our team! The Associate Tooling Engineer supports the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of forging tooling for hammer and press operations. This role works closely with senior engineers, tool room personnel, and production teams to ensure tools are properly designed, documented, and maintained for safe and efficient forging. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the technical aspects of forging and tooling systems in a fast-paced forging manufacturing environment. Who are we? W.E.
