Job Title: Controls Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with four to six years of expertise in large DC motor drive systems, computer network systems & wiring, and process control theory within a metalworking manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in applying machine control equipment, process control instrumentation, and associated software. Competency in OHSA, EPA, and other health & safety regulations is required. Responsibilities Write and implement PLC programs, specifically for Control Logix System, HMIs, microcontrollers, servo drives, and vision systems. Utilize RS Logix 5000 Enterprise Series software proficiently. Apply automation theory, electrical circuits, electrical and mechanical drawings, and simulation software effectively.
