Job OVerview Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from site preparation through occupancy. This role emphasizes project management, scheduling, volunteer leadership, and site safety rather than hands-on construction. Strong carpentry knowledge, construction management experience, and excellent communication skills are required. The current project is a duplex at 804 North Main Street in Greensboro, Vermont, built for CVHFH’s perpetually affordable homeownership program, ensuring long term housing stability for income-sensitive Vermonters. This role focuses on project management, coordination, and leadership rather than hands-on construction, while requiring strong carpentry knowledge to guide volunteers and ensure quality workmanship.
