About The Role: As a CBRE Senior Property Condition Assessor, you will prepare complex Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction management. What You'll Do: Conduct walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property. Areas include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structure and foundations, interiors and exteriors; etc. This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining the values of land, property, and businesses. Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
