Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Supports all Pinnacle Bancorp Banks on incoming and outgoing wires. Keeps accurate records of wire contracts and/or agreements. Assist internal and external customers as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution. Completes daily wire transactions for all Charters. Reviews and processes customer wire contracts for all Charters. Various other duties as assigned by management. Regular and reliable attendance. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Wire Transfer and Fiserv preferred. Knowledge of windows-based programs on either an IBM or Macintosh Computer.
