Job Description Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the operations of multiple facilities maintenance disciplines, including electricians, HVAC, general maintenance, plumbing, Building Management Systems (BMS), LIS, asset management, Reliability, planning/scheduling, vendor management, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). Oversee the operation and maintenance of steam turbines, gas turbines, and large industrial boilers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage high-voltage electrical distribution systems, ensuring safe and efficient power delivery. Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for turbines, boilers, electrical distribution and ancillary systems.
