Our client, the Student Residence Trust Aotearoa, trading as Hatch Student Living, is a “for purpose” organisation, providing quality and affordable accommodation to Wintec students at the Student Village, and Wintec Apartments in Hamilton. The fixed term role of Strategic Projects Manager has been established to support the Board to implement their strategic growth vision by focusing on key strategic projects across development of capital and capacity. Projects will include the expansion of student accommodation offerings; the identification and acquisition of property investments (including associated project feasibility and financial analysis) and sourcing of the philanthropic and commercial funding required to support project delivery. Reporting to the Board, you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders cultivating solid relationships whilst building the reputation of Hatch Student Living in the community.
