Job Description Our client a contract manufacturer specializing in metal fabrication, complex weldments, custom fuel & hydraulic tanks and architectural metals is looking for an Advanced Development Engineer in Hartford, Wisconsin. This role will be unique as it's responsible for having an impact on design and creation of product, interfacing with customers to be an extensions of their engineering team, and helping advise the internal engineering organization. They need a leader who is equally comfortable strategizing in the boardroom and consulting on the plant floor. Your background must feature deep expertise in heavy equipment component design, specifically, FEA & Structural Mechanics, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Hydraulic Systems & Materials, Prototyping & Validation.
