What you will do We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of the MES/MOM digital product. MES/MOM at Clarios focuses on optimizing manufacturing operations through real-time data, process automation, and integration with enterprise systems to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. This will be onsite three days a week in Glendale, WI. Although, we are open to remote for the right candidate. The role involves understanding customer needs, defining product vision, collaborating with internal and external technology teams, and managing the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and possesses strong communication, leadership, and delivery skills utilizing both lean/agile methodologies and traditional program/project management.
