Beautiful upscale condo located in lower Makiki area is seeking an administrative assistant for general office duties. Must be high functioning, computer literate, possess excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, for a fast paced environment. This position supports the General Manager and must be able to respond to telephone calls and emails, timely. Must be proficient in Word and Excel and able to manage spreadsheets, create forms and templates. A team player who is able to work alongside other employees in an encouraging environment.
