Job Description: We’re looking for a Residential Program Manager to join our team and provide oversight to a residential program in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities include: Managing direct care staff Implementing and monitoring program budgets Establishing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, guardians and other team members Ensuring compliance with state certification/licensing standards, agency policies and contractual obligations. Direct care is required and must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation. Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hour/week position.
