HVAC Service Technician – Statewide Travel (Commercial Focus) Nolan Air Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to support statewide commercial service operations throughout Florida. This role requires 100% travel across the state for an initial 3 to 6-month period , with the opportunity to transition into a local, Tampa-based service position as operations stabilize. In this role, you will primarily perform diagnostics, service, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial split-system air conditioners and heat pumps up to 5 tons (systems exceeding 5 tons are excluded) .
