GENERAL PURPOSE The Human Resources Generalist supports the City in all aspects of the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department including recruitment, orientation, administration, employee relations, worker’s compensation, leave of absence process and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
