About the Role As a Senior Building Engineer with CBRE, you will support a major pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis, IN, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of complex building systems. This role oversees daily performance and maintenance across multiple technical disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and general building repairs. You'll provide expert technical support, lead preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal facility performance in a highly regulated environment.
