BASIC FUNCTION Under general supervision of the Clinic Services Manager, functions as a reception clerk in the UI Center for Advanced Reproductive Care. Tasks include greeting patients and visitors when they arrive, checking in patients for appointments using Epic, verifying demographics, gathering insurance information, and scheduling appointments in the Epic Cadence model system. QUALIFICATIONS Clerical office, healthcare, or customer service experience which is the equivalent of two years of employment or a combination of education and experience.
