Position Summary: To co-advise The University of Iowa Dance Marathon (UIDM) student organization by promoting, coordinating, and evaluating Dance Marathon events, fundraisers, and other initiatives with a primary focus given to campus events including the planning of the annual BIG Event. This position will oversee the recruitment of 2,000+ participants and all leadership training for 300+ Dance Marathon student leaders.
