The Program Coordinator for Health Hometowns provides operational, administrative, and project management support for a major, high‑visibility health care impact grant. This role works closely with the Program Manager to coordinate strategic planning activities, track deliverables, manage documentation, support grant reporting, and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.
