Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications is seeking a highly-qualified candidate to serve as Associate Dean. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction in the administrative and academic affairs of the Roy H. Park School of Communications, and coordinate the development, planning, and assessment of curricular and co-curricular learning, facilities and technology to ensure the delivery of outstanding student learning opportunities and experiences. Primary responsibilities will be (a) curriculum and program development and management - designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and managing curricular programs; (b) faculty affairs management - oversight and support of chairs and program directors in their efforts to manage faculty and developing policies, procedures, and systems to support faculty development.
