Stutsman County is currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Engineer I. The successful job candidate will provide cleaning, repair, and upkeep to assigned county buildings and grounds such as general cleaning, floor maintenance, windows, snow and ice removal, furniture moving, grounds maintenance, perform semi-skilled repairs on plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and heat pumps as well as upkeep on controls, temperatures, minor electrical and lighting repairs, ballast replacement, upkeep on machinery and equipment, as well as maintain records of completed work and work schedules. Must have ability to work on own and be a self-starter when performing job tasks.
