Role Summary The Performance Management Principal is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing administrative expense discipline and driving efficiency and effectiveness priorities across Cigna Healthcare. This role serves as the single point of accountability for performance transparency, cost-to-serve insights, and executive-ready materials that inform leadership decisions. The principal designs and owns the operating expense framework, translates analyses into actionable insights, and ensures leadership has a clear, consistent view of where and why we spend money, how it drives business outcomes, and where we have opportunities.
