The Operations Claims Analyst will work closely with the Service and Claims Operations teams to identify and pursue opportunities for evaluating business processes and determining areas for improvements. The successful candidate will work with department staff by performing quality evaluations, monitoring agent activities during interactions, analyzing processes, and recommending how to best support and implement change.
