Job Description Serve as subject matter expert on hydraulic axial piston variable displacement pump (PUP) technology Analyze internal pump mechanisms to diagnose issues and develop technical solutions Interpret test data, graphs, and performance results to troubleshoot system behavior and drive improvements Support current product maintenance while contributing to future R&D initiatives Collaborate with test labs, supply chain, and engineering teams to validate performance and resolve issues Provide technical guidance without heavy involvement in detailed CAD design-focus on concept validation and system-level thinking Act as a liaison between engineering teams and leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights Identify opportunities for improvement in performance, reliability, and manufacturability We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves...
