Job Description What You Will Do Southern Cross is hiring NOW for a full-time position that includes surveying natural gas pipelines along with the opportunity to travel to other locations around the country driving our Advanced Mobile Leak Detection (AMLD) vehicle. In this dual role as a gas leak survey technician and driver we are seeking employees with the flexibility to workdays and nights as needed depending on the role that is assigned. Driving assignments will have varied durations, from 3 days to 6 months and are primarily completed at night. You will receive per diem for meals and approved expenses when traveling, paid travel and hotel. The Field Service Technician will fly or drive to AMLD assignments depending on distance from home project. Some comfort with technology and a willingness to learn in a technical environment is preferred.
