Position Title Guest Services Associate Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: The Guest Services Associate possesses a basic knowledge of computer programs, including 02, the database used for tracking inpatient and outpatient information. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in a high-paced environment, providing superior customer service in person and on the telephone.
