Key responsibilities • Fit boats to job specifications • Produce boats in allocated time frames • Consistently produce high quality, reliable and tidy fit outs • Professionalism and Cleanliness • Complete all documentation accurately • Undertake training as required What we are looking for • Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness • High level of organisation and communication • High level of standards • Time management skills • Ability to work effectively on your own and in a team. • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Forklift licence an advantage • Knowledge of the boat building industry would also be an advantage Benefits • Great Hours Mon – Fri 7.00am to 3.30pm • All PPE provided • Use of staff boat (conditions apply) • Supportive Team Skill and attention to detail is critical as our boats are renowned for their engineering and high-quality finish.
