The Department of Engineering seeks an engineering educator to join the Department of Engineering as a three-year renewable contract instructional faculty member, at the Assistant Professor rank, to start in August 2026. Engineering at Carthage is a non-disciplinary, practice-based program. Students learn engineering through real projects with real stakeholders, addressing real needs for local industry and community partners. This academic program combines a liberal arts ethos, designed to emphasize student self-discovery and exploration, with hands-on, experiential learning.
