SUMMARY The Grants Coordinator supports the college in securing external resources by coordinating and assisting Gateway staff and partners in the development, submission, and management of state, federal and other grant applications. The position is primarily responsible for pre-award activities such as researching funding opportunities, assessing eligibility and alignment with institutional goals, interpreting grant guidelines, writing proposals, and meeting submission deadlines. It also provides post-award support through monitoring progress, coordinating reports, maintaining compliance and documentation, and ensuring readiness for audits and reviews.
