Summary This vacancy is for a GS-0185-12, Employee Assistance Program Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE KODIAK WORK-LIFE DIVISION -HW in KODIAK, Alaska. Responsibilities You will serve as a Employee Assistance Program Specialist and be responsible for the collaboration with CGSUPRT, provision of pre- and post-deployment briefings, suicide prevention trainings, resiliency trainings, psychological first aid and/or operational stress control trainings, workplace violence response efforts, critical/traumatic incident response duties, and evidence-based management of personnel readiness issues impacting units and commands.
