Youth Director (Part-time W-2 position - 15 hrs/week) Lutheran Church on the Mountain – Lakewood, CO Lutheran Church on the Mountain (LCM) seeks an innovative Youth Director to build, grow, and lead a vibrant youth ministry with a focus on development of programs for members ages 3–18. The Youth Director nurtures faith, connection, and community engagement within our Reconciling in Christ congregation. Key Contributions Engage youth in worship, education, and leadership within the life of LCM. Collaborate with the pastor and volunteers to plan, lead, and grow ministries for ages 3–18.
