Department: Finance Job Description: The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all accounting, reporting and finance operations for The Mutual Group (TMG) and our Member institutions operating in the mutual insurance company industry. This role oversees enterprise controllership functions, including GAAP and Statutory accounting, treasury operations, reinsurance accounting and administration, tax reporting and compliance, and SOX/SOC control environments. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Accounting & FP&A, the VP, Corporate Controller plays a critical role in supporting scalable growth, strengthening financial controls, and meeting the reporting requirements of regulators, auditors, Member institutions, TMG executive leadership, Bain Capital and the Board.
