Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing injection/ silicone molding processes, packaging, ensuring compliance with customers, regulatory and internal quality standards. b. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and robust process capability from customer to production. d.
