The Computer Technician I (EMR1) role applies to varied job functions within the facility, all requiring similar skill levels, responsibilities, and expectations. The EMR1 is responsible for tearing down and replacing parts in systems, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and determining the most cost-effective course of action to repair hardware and software issues across Tablets, Notebooks, Desktops, and Servers-depending on the assigned Line of Business.
