Description GENERAL SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to act as the primary point of contact for our business clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing policy renewals, processing endorsements, and handling daily inquiries with professionalism and speed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Account Servicing: Handle day-to-day service needs, including issuing Certificates of Insurance (COI), binders, auto ID cards, and evidence of property. Policy Management: Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in the agency management system (e.g., Epic).
