The Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County Complete Youth Prevention Education Project (CYPEP) Program Manager works with selected school districts using the Strategic Prevention Framework and NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) approved evidence-based programs (EBPs) and approved non-EBPs in selected Sullivan County school districts to reduce youth and community substance use and misuse. This is a three-year NYS OASAS funded project. The CYPEP Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, organization, and coordination of all aspects of the grant funded program.
