The Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County FOR Youth Prevention Program Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt Coordinator for its NYS OASAS funded Fentanyl, Opioid, and RX (FOR) Prevention Coalition program. This is a grant funded position through December 31, 2027, to support the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) coalition model to build community partnership and community readiness for harm reduction services to address the opioid and synthetic opioids other than methadone (SOOTM) overdose crisis in Sullivan County, New York, with an emphasis on youth development and engagement in coalition development, strategies, and activities.
