Purpose: To serve the mission of Allen Economic Development Group (AEDG). To work with the staff of AEDG, those in the Business Community, and those in the Public Sector to foster economic growth, capital investment and job creation. To work with and support the AEDG team and community leaders to foster economic and community development opportunities. Overview This position coordinates, plans and manages site development including land and buildings working with city, county and township government, private developers, land owners, real estate brokers and agents, community stakeholders to foster investment and strengthen commercial and industrial growth.
