About the Role As the Lead for Global Partner Excellence, you will design and lead Rubrik's partner pre-sales enablement strategy, owning high-impact initiatives such as the Tech Champion (existing) and Sales Champion (to be launched) programs. You'll architect scalable, role-based enablement programs that increase partner AE and SE participation, drive consistent deal performance, and build a thriving partner community that champions Rubrik's value in every opportunity. You will also lead the partnerization of Rubrik's enablement content, adapting internal sales, SE, and GTM materials for partner use, working either with a small team reporting directly to you or through shared resources within the Sales and SE Transformation organizations.
