Job Description We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation Agentic AI platform at the world's largest RV retailer. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for a portfolio of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents designed to fundamentally transform dealership operations. Rather than building tools that merely assist employees, you will create proactive, intelligent agents that independently handle critical workflows-from first customer touchpoint through final service delivery. A primary focus will be developing "Agentic SDRs" capable of autonomously qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and booking appointments to revolutionize the sales funnel, while simultaneously pioneering agentic applications across service operations, parts management, and employee performance systems.
