Responsible for all aspects of Payroll processing with dotted-line administrative support to Human Resources. Responsibilities Essential Duties: Payroll Coordinate collection, computation and data entry of payroll, tax, insurance and deduction data to process biweekly payroll using timesheets, personal action notices and other records. Transmit payroll to Paylocity by Wednesday before paydate. Review each payroll for accuracy, organize checks for distribution. Reconcile work-study payroll with Financial Aid. Process any stop payments: checks or direct deposits. Prepare request for disbursements for wage garnishments and other voluntary deductions each pay period. Maintain payroll files. Prepare any manual payroll checks necessary. Stay current on all taxes and legal regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
