The Data Analyst is responsible for the collection, management, and analysis of health data to support organizational performance measurement, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-informed decision-making. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, analytical ability, and understanding of health informatics systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
