What You Will Do The Engineered Materials group (MST-7) at Los Alamos National Laboratory uses our material science expertise to address national security objectives. MST-7 is looking for an undergraduate engineering student to join our group for the summer during a 3-month internship and contribute to the future of national security. As an undergraduate engineering student, you will be provided with an opportunity to gain practical experience under the guidance of a mentor working to assist in material science research, design, testing, analysis, verification, and validation of engineering and technology solutions in support of R&D initiatives.
