Job Title: Research Associate, Process Analytics Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Research Associate to join our Process Analytics team focused on characterizing Lentiviral Vectors (LVV). The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff and subject matter experts to perform diverse molecular, cellular, biophysical, and biochemical protocols. This role is integral to advancing our pipeline and enhancing our Analytical Development capabilities. Responsibilities Assist with method design, execution, and analysis to support the development of gene therapy products. Conduct routine impurity and characterization testing, including HPLC, ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, and flow cytometry to support process development. Maintain detailed records of experimental work using an electronic notebook system in accordance with company guidelines.
