JOB REQUIREMENTS: LUCK NATURAL FOODS GENERAL MANAGER POSTING Overview The Luck Natural Foods General Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the grocery co-operative. The General Manager reports to the board of directors. Duties include board relations, financial operations and strategic planning support, oversight and management of store operations, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and member/community awareness. Requirements High school diploma Prior retail, grocery, or food operations customer service experience Prior lead worker, supervisory, or management experience Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Proficient in computer based skills including Google or MS Office suite, POS retail system, website maintenance, email. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, collaborating, and communicating clearly. Preferred Requirements Experience in natural foods or cooperatives.
