POSITION DESCRIPTION Position Title: Member Center Manager Department: Management SALARY GRADE : Exempt REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Position Reports To: CEO Positions Supervised: Branch Employees POSITION PURPOSE The Member Center Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality member service, member satisfaction and achievement of cross sales and productivity goals.
