Position Summary This position oversees the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of training programs and methods for the Facility Staff Training & Support (FSTS) training program and security related training. This position prepares and manages a large Pre-Service training budget, supervises Staff Development Program Specialists and provides assistance to the Staff Development Director.
