Full job description: The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates, a national consumer advocacy law firm, is seeking licensed New Hampshire attorneys to join our growing network of appearance attorneys. About the Role: Our firm represents individuals in collection litigation initiated by creditors. Appearance attorneys attend hearings on behalf of our clients when our in-house counsel is unavailable. Materials provided: All pleadings and necessary documents will be supplied once coverage is confirmed. Paralegal support: You will be provided contact information for a dedicated paralegal assigned to the case who can provide you with the necessary case information prior to each hearing.
