Environmental monitoring technician Description Perform routine environmental monitoring of aseptic processing and controlled area cleanroom environments used for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Perform assigned quality control or quality assurance activities in compliance with applicable SOP's and cGMPs. Ensure the use of proper aseptic technique during testing of controlled environments and utility systems including following aseptic gowning protocols and procedures. Description Perform laboratory testing and related quality control activities to include Analytical Balance, pH meter, automatic pipettes, FTIR, UV-Vis, Voltammeter, Autotitrator, HPLC, GC, IC, ICP, Flame AA, TOC, and Conductivity meter in order to ensure compliance with applicable SOP's and cGMPs. Provide timely testing and notification of any aberrant occurrence to Management/Supervision that presents potential negative impact to manufactured or marketed product. Ensure a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to Safety/Quality guidelines and SOPs. Ensure the maintenance of their department, premises, and equipment.
